The edge of stainless steel strips and foils would be slitting precision and it can be produced as smooth edge or as your special requirements. Processing thickness range is from 0.02mm to 3.0mm. After slitting process, any width between 1.50mm to 600mm can be customized.
For different thickness of strip coils slitting process, the small and large slitting machines will be used by our team. Our larger slitting machines can cut hot rolled mother coils from China mill origin factory directly. And meantime we use the small machines to cut the precision and narrow coils as banding strips.
Our workers will make adjustments between coils and cutting tools when they are preparing to slit in order to minimize the burr of strips edge as much as possible.

- Stainless Steel Strips Thickness Range: 0.02mm-3.00mm
- Stainless Steel Strips Thickness Tolerance: Normally it would be +/-0.01mm. For precision stainless steel foils applications, it would be +/-0.002mm.
- Stainless Steel Strips Width Range: 1.50mm-600mm
- Stainless Steel Strips Width Tolerance: Normally it would be +/-0.10mm. For precision stainless steel strips applications, it would be +/-0.02mm.
- Stainless Steel Strip Coil Inner Diameter Range: 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm
